iPhone Duo, closed
- A glass that sloshes
A glass of water on the closed phone. Unfold it and the glass pours across the fold into an aquarium, with a goldfish to raise.
Tilt the phone and the water sloshes. Tip it too far and it spills over the rim.
Unfold your iPhone Duo and the glass tips over toward the fold.
The water runs from one half to the other, waves and all, with your fish riding it.
Both halves, sand to surface. Room for seaweed, decorations and the whole gang.
In Fish hop duel, each of you taps your own page. In Fold jump, the fish leaps over the crease.

In the water

Your fish starts small, in a glass. Every bite and every game makes it grow: new colours, then eggs that hatch into a gang of four. At level 10, the way you raised it decides what it becomes: a betta, or a glowing jellyfish.
There are 26 achievements, an album to fill, eight decorations for the tank and a care streak that counts the days.

It's Apple's foldable iPhone. Closed, it has a narrow outer screen; open, a wide inner screen that folds down the middle like a book. Goldfold uses both: a glass outside, an aquarium inside.
No. On any iPhone, Goldfold is the glass with your fish and all the single-player games. The Duo adds the pour, the aquarium across both halves, Fold jump and the two-player duel.
The app has no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your fish and your progress stay only on your phone. This website counts visits with Umami on our own server: no cookies and no name or email, only the page, the referrer, the browser, the device and the country.
Only for Call, to hear claps and words like its name, “jump” or “spin”. Speech is recognized on the phone and nothing is recorded or sent.
