In short

Goldfold is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few points that are specific to Goldfold. If anything here conflicts with the standard EULA, the standard EULA applies.

The app

Goldfold is a virtual pet: a glass of water with a fish to look after, mini-games and decorations. It is entertainment. The fish is not real and needs nothing from you outside the app.

Your fish and your progress

Your fish, your progress and your settings are saved only on your device. Nothing reaches us, so we cannot recover them if the app is deleted or the device is reset.

Pearls and items

Pearls, food, colours and decorations are earned by playing. They have no money value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the app.

Fair use

You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it. The name Goldfold, the icon, the artwork and the sounds belong to their author.

No warranty

Goldfold is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or available on every device. Our responsibility is limited as described in the standard EULA.

Privacy

See the privacy policy. In short, Goldfold does not collect personal data.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
